How long does it take to get to the airport?

Our shared-ride shuttles leave the Waikiki vicinity on the hour and usually take about 25-30 minutes to arrive at the airport.(Actual traveling times may vary to the given road and traffic conditions).

Do you make random stops to pick up customers?

Our services are reservation-based only. Which means we only pick up customers that have made reservations in advanced.

Do you accept credit card?

We proudly accept Mastercard and Visa. However, if you do not pay in advance prior to pickup, we can process your transaction over the phone.

I live in a residential area, can you pick me up and take me to the airport?

To make sure we are punctual and prompt to pick up our customers, our airport shuttles are dedicated to only go to and from the Waikiki area at this time.However, if you can meet us at a Waikiki hotel, we can pick you up from there and take you to the airport.

It's my first time coming to Hawai'i and I really want to make it memorable. I was wondering if you offer a Hawaiian Lei greeting service?

Of course we do! Our hawaiian leis are delivered to you nice and fresh upon stepping into our shuttles.

I just arrived at the airport, where do I meet you to board your shuttle?

The Honolulu International Airport is one of the most organized airports in the nation. To uphold that reputation, commercial companies such as us, are required to pick up customers only in designated pickup points. Upon collecting your luggage, please meet us in Section “G&H”.
